The staff, especially Sandra, Laura, Rose, Line, and Aida. We found the hotel to be family-friendly, with amenities catering to both adults and children. the spacious rooms easily accommodated our family of five, and the quiet location allowed for a peaceful night's sleep after a day of exploring the nearby restaurants and cafes. Karlo provided great value for a family vacation, and I would highly recommend it to other families looking for a cozy and welcoming retreat in Cartagena.
